How does this work?
Once you start your subscription, we’ll start understanding what’s most important to you and your business. We’ll start by having a call to understand what’s top of mind, and start tracking action items as ‘requests.’ In day to day work, we operate mostly asynchronously, so ideally we’ll onboard your Slack or any other primary communication tools you prefer.
Who’s involved?
On day one, you’ll meet with a capable engineering leader, tasked with understanding your immediate goals. Most likely this single advisor be enough to fulfill any requests you have, but if we identify a special project that requires major capacity, we’re happy to bring in additional experts from industry.
What if I don’t like the service?
We’ll know pretty clearly right in our first discussion whether or not we will be a good fit for each other. If your priorities change, you can cancel the rest of your prorated subscription anytime.
